Black Boy Plant - What it looks like inside when it dies.
I thought you might be interested to see what the inside of a Black Boy Plant looks like when it dies.
The photos are as follows:
Top left - black boy plant , Top right - dead stump looking from the top.
Bottom left, stump on its side, Bottom right the stump layers - just the most beautiful colour.
Do hope you like this insight into this amazing plant.
The reason for this photo collage - read below :(
Today I took some fantastic photos - THEN did the UNTHINKABLE!
I accidentally formatted my card on my camera - lost the lot !!!!!!!!
I know - I just sat there looking at the "no image". GONE!
It was nearly dark, so called it a day.
Do hope you like the collage :)
Tomorrow will be better! :D
I'd say you rose above the disaster of losing your pictures by sharing views of this amazing plant.I'm sure there are many of your 365 friends who had never heard of or seen this plant before you introduced us to it. Thanks. (And from now, think twice before hitting that formatting button.)
i'm always afraid to press the wrong button. so far so good but for you i'm sorry for the loss but would you have uploaded this picture otherwise? sharing this with us was wonderful, never seen a plant like this one and for sure not after id died. beautiful in every way
oooooh...bad senior moment! I had to check myself twice this morning as well when I took pictures of our breakfast group, headed next to WalMart where I removed the card & copied some pictures for our friends, and when I put the card back in the camera, my first inclination was to format! I know how it could happen!
All that said, Good Recovery! I've never heard of, nor seen this plant, so these things you bring us from Australia are often enlightening. That was a nice collage.
I always appreciate your interest in the clips & extra photos I share. I worry it's too much for 365ers who have plenty enough to look at, but no one's obligated to look! On the other hand, I want to thank you for taking the time!
UGH to formatting your photos.
