The Birthday Cake

I didn't have a photo for today, so thought I would share Lynda's Birthday Cake with you.
It was beautiful. :D
That looks delicious! I'll take a slice, please!

Miss yesterday posting of Lynda birthday...send my belated birthday wishes to her. All of a sudden, feel like craving for a piece of the cake...looks like it's time to act cute & ask my wife bake one...LOL.

Diana: no, it's a bought cake, and these are always best from Woolworths... not too rich, and just nice. :)

While I realize that cake is probably history by now, it sure does look delicious in your photo! I left @-comments on my site, but overlooked letting you know our plans so I'll copy it here. "We're going first to Chicago for 3 weeks to meet our new grandbaby, soon to be born. We leave from there to travel through Italy, Switzerland and France. Our friends do this every winter, so we've got wonderful multi-lingual tour guides! On our return, it's back to Chicago to see how much that baby's grown!" The "friends" are Billy & David...I feel like you know everyone! (Dill goes to a Kitty Motel in Halifax where he's welcomed each year by his Auntie Lisa...he'll be well cared for!) We don't leave for a week, but we've been very busy, catching up after being away this summer, and of course because we'll be away again!
