Today I have spent the day on my bed, reading , sleeping & doing some crosswords.
I got some lergy last night that caught me by surprise.
Razorblade throat, dreadful headache & aches.
Early night tonight again.

Sorry to hear that..sore throat is something I get as soon as I 'm in air conditioning where its blowing on me or in a normal draft. maybe not as bad as your throat..its usually gone by the next day. hope you get better real quick...throught spray usually numbs it a bit.
Hope you're feeling better soon Mum... gotta have you and Dad over for a cuppa another day (besides it's given me time to do more with the house ;) so it looks better). Eat plenty of garlic, Manuka honey and get plenty of sleep.
