Today is Australia Day.
We fly our flag outside our house & on our car a few days before and after this day. Many Australians do and we celebrate this day.
The latest on the news is that we are now called "racist" for flying it.
I really don't understand why, when my Father, Bernie's Father, my late Mothers Uncles were in the forces & fought in world War l and World War ll to keep this country free.
I also have friends whose husbands fought in Vietnam and sons who are now in Afghanistan.
How come we are now told it is not "Politically Correct" to fly our own flag - proudly?
I will continue to do, no matter what.
