Bernie's feathered friends

Every day an assortment of birds come around to be fed.
They know Bernie now & come close to take the food from his hand & shoulder.
They are still juveniles & have not got their adult feathers yet.

I was going to leave a comment on your most recent picture when I spotted this in the thumbnails. What a marvelous time for Bernie, and a nice photo by you! (I have so many pictures daily, but no time to get them posted! Might be the same for you, I suspect!)
