Puerto Rico is such a beautiful vacation destination. This was San Juan before the devastating hurricane last year. Friends who have traveled there recently say that San Juan at least is recovering nicely. Tourism is so important to them, I know they have worked hard to get everything renovated. Excellent collage Lou Ann! Yes, I'd think the bigger cities would recover before the rest of the country. We've heard from some missionaries that the more rural areas can still be out of electricity for a while.
