Upon seeing this, my first thought was glass doorknob...and what a gorgeous one! Now that I see what you've done, I congratulate you for using some of your pretty pieces to use for candles! My aunt has passed along to me a gorgeous set of blue, cut crystal (very impractical!) stem wear. When the base of one broke, I wasn't about to throw it out, so it's used more than the others...as a candle holder!

I just decided this was the best one. I will keep the others for a future project though!
