As I said yesterday, this photo is guaranteed to make you smile. You can see the bats were moving pretty fast and I'm such an amateur photographer I couldn't bring them into focus. The people in the corner are a few of the hundreds that were standing on the bridge. They flew from under the bridge in waves, it was such a great thing to see, I'll just be happy with the blurs. Smile!
I just love this!!! Amateur or not the movement of the Wings is definitely necessary to get a sense of what everyone was saying! We all know what a bat looks like but how many of us have watch this many fly by our faces?! You'll be on the popular page shortly and I say that with conviction!! What different experiences were all having at this time of year!
I'm trying to dictate to my tablet so I can write more notes to everyone but while the words don't run together it does seem to pick out what it wants to say and not always exactly what I said!
Oh you are awakening my nightmares. I have from time to time had them in my house. Very scary to wake to one running across your bed while you are in it being chased by a cat.
