I bought a mandoline to cut/slice vegetables easier - the sweet potato fries were so easy and delicious!

Such a gorgeous flower - beautifully captured ! Good luck with the mandolin -- I managed a nasty slice on the top of my finger with mine ! -- it then went into retirement !! Fav for the flower ( not the mndolin !! ha )
