@catoblips I use Photoshop Elements as my base program. These effects are from a plug-in from Topaz. There's a couple things done on layers and blended together...

@lsquared i've never mastered PE.....am trying Lihtroom and Silver fXpro on my mac and edit a lot on my iPad using Stackables, grunge hd and snapseed

Lenny: I've used PSE for at least 10 years, still learn things all along. I bought a book when I first started, which was REALLY useful.

Meanwhile, I use snapseed on my iPod/iPhone, that's a nice app.
