A partner to yesterday's post... I was saving this one for my blog, but another long day at work precluded a chance to get an image today....
Actually, I saw this scene first, and really liked the simplicity of the 2 plants extending through a clear spot in the muck (pond scum?). Later, when reviewing, I greatly prefer the second image (which was posted here first), where the bare branches reach above the muck into the calm water, which almost looks like sky.
