I've been trying to find out more about this place, but failing. There was a sign out front indicating that it had recently been an Assisted Living facility. But it's clearly been closed for some thime. Obviously was a motel at some point in the distant past.
This is on Highway 60 / 62 through Paducah, KY. It was probably a major through way before I-24 opened. (I-24 roughly parallels this stretch of the road, about 1 mile south West).
