Look like someone's made use of an old sign frame for a newer sign. The blue sky made a great backdrop for this shot.

@lyndemc thanks Denise. This business has been gone for some time, there's nothing left but the sign and weeds growing through cracking in the lot. But you're right, it looks like the "Cleveland" sign was added to a previous sign. I wish I knew the back story
