You don't see too many pay-phones anymore. But this one is kind of gone....

When I see this, it makes me wonder if someone stole the phone as a souvenir or if Ameritech removed it. But, if Ameritech removed the phone, why didn't they take the rest of it? LOL! Great find!

@homeschoolmom Thanks Lisa! The dangling wires would lead one to suspect stolen. But I think public payphones are pretty much gone from everywhere, so it may just be a sloppy removal.
