Fascinating find, just off a path connecting the River's Edge trail with the Confluence trail. This old bakery truck has been here a rather long time, Sunk uo to the fram in the dirt/sand/mud. If you look closely, the tree on the right edge has started to grow around the edge of the truck....
I wonder how it got here, nowhere near any road? Perhaps it was a casualty of the floods of 1993, deposited and left to decay.
@joysabin@henrir Thanks both. I need to go back and do a more thorough study of this. I was kind of lost, or at least not sure the path I was on led to where I thought it did.... So I wanted to keep moving. But I took a photo w/ my phone, so I have the GPS coordinates now.
