I wonder if you broke in, or climbed in through a window? There is a lot of work to make that habitable again but it could really exercise a creative mind to do so.
This was taken through one of the window openings. There's no glass and the frames have been covered with a wire "fence" type material. Which made a nice brace for the slow exposure!
