A collection of books that have inspired me through the years. All but the last one are from my grandfather's collection, he was a self-taught electrician for the railroads. I was given these after he passed away in the mid '70s. I was in middle school at the time. Guess who ended up getting a degree in Electrical Engineering?
Moving clockwise from the top right:
Handbook for Electrical Engineers - H. Pender 1928
Hawkins' Electrical Dictionary - 1923
Hand bound set of Electrical Engineering lessons from the American School's correspondence course - 1923
NFPA standard for Electrical Wiring and Apparatus - 1962
Hawkins' Electrical Guide Number 10 - 1916
and
A hand bound collection of AIEE Transactions, from J. Lewis Blackburn. Gifted to me after he passed in the late 90's.
