I spoke to one builder and he said these will not be wood anymore but a much better quality of building material. They will also be just as colourful when completed

How are these used? Do people rent them for the day? Are they just used as changing rooms or do people store things inside? Curious because we don't have them here.
I was wondering if they were going to be as colorful as the old ones. It seems so strange to me to see mountains behind beach houses because we don't have that on the beaches where I live

They are there for everyone to use for changing etc. A few double ones will be for families to book for the day. Others will have no doors to prevent vandalism and to keep them clean.
One cannot buy or rent them, they belong to the city. I was always under the impression that one rented them :-)
