As close as I could get.

As one of the whale watching boats had a breakdown and was not in operation, everyone had to scramble on the only one available. I found a spot at the railing, but I was stuck there for the two hour trip. Often the whales were on the other side of the boat and all I could hear was the ooing and aaing! I wished there would have been a private boat going out.

@gilbertwood There are only 3 tours per day Denise and they are on cats. They go a certain distance and stay on that spot. The whales come floating along and seem to be very comfortable. Some were real close ;-)
