You are doing a marvelous job of finding photos that means themselves so well to this effect. You are doing a magnificent job of creating the effect as well.
@onewing Practice and a lot of time spent on them Babs. I think the starting image is very important, that's why I chose the havanna street scenes. I don't have anything similar here to photograph.
In the meanwhile I have found another tutorial by Nicole Young which is very easy and has a few more options. I really love doing this but find it challenging to get the right blur as there are so many choices ;-)
