Lovely little blue blossoms

one of the two I am posting which are not in my garden. I saw them growing in the water at Spier.

I have been unable to identify them, but am still trying.

I think it is Anchusa Capensis "Blue Angel" or a similar colour version

What vibrant colour!
My identifier thought it might be Aristea ecklosii or blue corn flower. Native to Southern Africa.
