I just have to say to all of you who commented on my Deep Purple image yesterday, thanks a million! I felt guilty taking credit for an image that wasn't all mine (PicMonkey background) and when people started faving it, I thought 'No! I don't deserve that'. I learned a lot from all of your views and comments about editing and processing. I appreciate every single comment more than you know and I'm going to take the advice that was given! I love you guys!
Gorgeous colours and comp the bokeh is really beautiful. A completely different image to yesterday but another easy fav for me. Please don't feel guilty about the favs on yesterday's shot. Editing, for many people is as much a part of the shot as the photograph itself.
What a stunning photo. The light is glorious. Fav. I understand your dilemma of yesterday's photo and I'm glad you've reconciled things in your mind. It was your creation - you brought together the component parts according to your vision. That's art.

@wanabe Thanks so much, Meredith. I appreciate your kind comment. My pictures are downloaded to Windows Live Photo Gallery on my laptop, and then I adjust the exposure and color. This one was cropped a lot.
awesome! I've been seeing similar seedheads in my area, but the weather, light, camera and photographer haven't been cooperating to capture them. I'm glad to see someone else succeed so beautifully!
