New Cafe coming soon

Milligans a food group in Oamaru have been renovating this lovely old house for over a year. We have watched it being transformed from a ghastly red plaster with pink windows and a mess of a garden into this elegant and pleasing building. New fences, paint on windows and new plaster, new roof and outside lighting. The garden converted with plants and trees with concreted parking. The sign hasn't gone up yet but whoopy-do, when it does - Capuccino, please!

We passed this building while we were staying at the Top Ten Caravan Park down the road & wondered what it was going to be.

We just loved Oamaru. So many beautiful buildings there.
