The light at the end of the tunnel

I was kneeling focusing on this view in the complete dark at the side of the river, when this lady said, behind me, Excuse me! I just about fell into the river! She apologised and walked quickly up the footpath.

This bridge goes over the Oamaru creek as its called and is a main street in the town. Down here, its quiet and beautiful!
