Envelope corners

Having stayed recently at a friend's place where she ironed all the sheets and made the bed so beautifully, I decided to do the same with one of our spare beds. Envelope corners look so neat as does the ironed top sheet.

I have been making beds with hospital corners for many many years....I have never ever ironed a sheet :)

I was trained to do these hospital corners but my standards have completely slipped over the years!!! I can't believe looking back how much time was spent in teaching us these nicetys!

I just pull up the sheets and the blankets. (And iron the sheets??? My mother in law used to do that, but I never do that!!!) I must admit the bed does look fabulous. Great shot and GREAT JOB. I hope whoever comes to appreciates all your hard work!!!
