After a huge day of seeing Auckland in heavy mist, calm sunny conditions but not being able to stop and take a photo! (Motorways everywhere), I took this one opposite our motel in a complex which included this Chinese restaurant! The was one of a number of screens and I liked the effect of the screens! It's tha back wall.
Three good things:
1. No injuries from tha latest swarm of moderate to severe earthquakes in Central NZ!
2. Most of the elderly relations we visited had forgotten all the bad parts of their lives!
3. Another day tomorrow!
Finally saw information on the earthquakes. And isn't age a wonderful thing--we don't dwell on all the things that went wrong in our lives, but just FOCUS ON THE GOOD!!!
I read online about your earthquakes around Wellington but strangely there has been nothing on the news here...glad all is well, it was a similar size to the Christchurch one too i believe!!

is that not good when the olds forget the bad part of their lives? doesn't that mean they have forgiven? that's what i believe in and it's a good thing, methinks. i like the various reflections you captured here, maggiemae. just beautiful reflections.
