A lovely rainbow to lift our spirits while wending our way to a funeral! It is nice to think it was meant for us! This is on the West Coast of NZ near Fox Glacier which we didn't visit but chose this lake walk through the NZ bush which is so thick and beautiful!
Three good things:
1. A three hours drive along a good road with thick bush and trees on either side!
2. Not being in a hurry.
3. More whitebait on the menus!
I looked up on the map the place you stayed at the other night...love to know where you are....I think it must be rather nice meandering along thinking about life & death ...a good frame of mind to remember some by!

I was always taught that rainbows are a sign that life goes on. It's a symbol of hope. So, yes, that rainbow is meant just for you! Have a safe journey!
