Raspberry Coulis

It was Bookclub today and because it was several members' birthday, we had lunch before we discussed all our books that we have read over the Xmas holidays. You can't beat icecream and strawberries but this was raspberry coulis to go over another delicious dessert called Strawberry
Cloud!

Three good things:
1. Coulis just made with raspberries and 2Tb water plus sugar but sieved.
2. It was utterly delicious!
3. Books read were diverse and ranged between biographies, novels, NZ books and history!
