....in the Clover! This is before I mowed it. A sea of flowers.
Three good things;
1. Managed to extricate myself over saying something with the wrong meaning three times on line.
2. Skype to son Shaun in the British Virgin Islands.
3. Found a recipe for long lasting salad that I'd lost.
Certainly is a sea of flowers, looks so pretty. Lovely angle, shows off those bushes at the back. Lovely coloured flowers on them., maybe roses? It does seem strange to see your garden in full blossom while we are into winter mode.
You need s few cows on that clover maggiemae.....cows love clover & it makes good rich milk! I saw you squirming on FB.....I can never get the words right sometimes either but I knew exactly what you meant!
You have some amazing shrubs there!
What a beautiful shot of your lovely garden Maggiemae , Even the clover looks beautiful !! So envious of your gorgeous flowering shrubs while we are in the dormant winter mode and no colour to brighten the gardens !
A lovely sight. Things are pretty grey here, most of the snow from our recent storm having gone. It's consoling to think that Sunday is our shortest day of the year, and on Monday we sill start to get closer to the sun again.
@maggiemae I have just watched the film about Burt Monroe on TV. What a character he was and what an achievement!! I missed the beginning so I must see if I can find a copy of the film so that I can see it all. If it wasn't exaggerated like they do sometimes in films Burt was larger than life and a very brave man!!
