The wind was not around at this time early in the day so I took the opportunity to get this petunia against a rainy sky.
Three good things:
1. John is filling in a visa for China - ‘please supply all names of relatives - grandparents, children” He needs more paper! Has 7 children, 22 grandchildren and we won’t count the great grandchildren! And that is only him - I have to do the same!
2. I tried on some dresses to buy - for the fancy cruise and decided that I either looked like a thick sandwich or a plum pudding! No dresses for me!
3. Air conditioner for hot nights
A super macro shot -- so much detail and clarity in the image ! Good things -no1 made me laugh you two sound like "there was an old woman who lived in a shoe " !! ha ha !! ( no offence meant Maggiemae !! )
@beryl "She had so many children she didn't know what to do'! I can't remember what came next! We know what to do with our children who don't live anywhere near us - skype!
The light shining through the flower and on the little hairs details everything so well. Lovely colour and composition. Good luck on your cruise clothes shopping, I bought a selection of trousers and tops although I did have one glamour dress.
@jennywren Yes, its that glamour dress that stumps me - when would I ever wear it again! Think I'll be the odd one out and go in trousers and a fancy top!
One I guess it's a good thing you got started early on the visa
Two I'm certain you look better than you give yourself credit for!
Three Air-conditioning is the only way to go!
your photo is fantastic.
