Fork 'n' Egg by maggiemae

Fork 'n' Egg

Well most of the country got gale force winds and the rest including snow. Here, a bit of hail and the occasional cold gust!

In the meantime I nabbed the photo idea seen here and played around with it - not too hard as it might have fallen! Getting the reflection was quite difficult.

Three Good Things:
1. I lit the fire first thing in the morning but needed John to keep it going - he’s a good fire booster!
2. Quiz shows.
3. The US Open - be sad when its over!
Great idea and well executed. I love the reflection too xx

@365projectltaylor I'd have to cook it first but yes, one of my favourite meals with hot buttered toast made on the fire!

Very cool shot Maggiemae. But I'm most surprised the read the words "snow". I am wondering where you are located, as I'm not ready to hear that word yet, where I live.

Wow Maggie this is a great shot. I've seen the forks and egg shot before but not so successfully as this. How did you manage it?

@thistle It was taken on a kitchen top that reflected the window opposite. I had to leave it like this because if i darkened it, I would lose the reflection !
September 9th, 2016
@summerfield It wasn't really what I wanted to portray but had to be satisfied with this one . Shall persevere another day!
