At the far end of the beach a temporary bridge is put in to go over a tidal flow when the tide is well out. John stepped on to this bridge and after a while we set off up a trail of 300 metres, mostly up to a look out!
I may have to curtail a few internet activities as Iām running out of the storage of data allowance.
Three good things:
1. It was worth while - lovely forest of black beech trees growing.
2. John counted the steps - 70. Better than 700 which we did in the year of 2015 up to a lighthouse.
3. I went for a swim - all by myself!
