The birdseed pudding I put out had an immediate response. I practiced a bit of capturing confrontations but this guy, up as high as he could be in this immediate area. A box seat position to view who is grabbing the food.
He doesn’t realise he’s sitting on one of the most beautiful blossom trees in the neighbourhood! The bird is a bit disheveled probably due to fighting over the food!
Three Good Things:
1. I had to use my old camera for this photo - my new one doesn’t have the right lens.
2. Learning about light and photography all the time!
3. Bought some merino underwear.
Well that is a well loaded tree... My Aunty use to have a tree the same as this and always looked spectacular this time of year.. I think @dide knows the tree I mean..
Fantastic photo to catch the bird so well so high in the trees. Fabulous detail and the bird does look as if he has been through a lot. I took warm underwear with me when I went to New Zealand decades ago in March for the same reason you bought your new underwear
