Walking Trail by maggiemae

Walking Trail

This flower was one among others along a coastal walking trail here in Greymouth.
Mostly raining here so tried walk along this trail in between rain spells.
Three good things:
1. The thundering sound of the waves was constant.
2. Decided to walk up the road to a restaurant - in the dark now at 6.30pm. Managed to cross one road, one railway with one steep bank, and another road. We felt like trekkers!
3. Watched a crowd of young girls arrive in the camp and they disappeared into all the cabins. Wonder why on a Monday night.... sports teams perhaps?
Really effective composition.
