Garden produce

A small helping of rhubarb! We are on a rhubarb diet with the amount of rhubarb growing so well!
Three Good Things:
1: Plenty of family talk - apart from the two boys who are always on their computers!
2. Thinking about vegetarian options all the time - it pays to plan ahead!
3. Hot chips was a sell-out!
Beautiful colors and clarity and you know I’m so jealous of that rhubarb!

Rhubarb is so good for you, I noticed some early red forced rhubarb in the shops the other day. It’s the very nicest sweetest kind but expensive but feels so good for you in the depths of winter, I buy it & stew it with sugar, wards off colds & bugs!

Pretty colors! I have not eaten meat for 26 years...it is doable but I did add fish back into my diet for more options. I have only had rhubarb strawberry jam or pie.
