But it looks like it -very thin and with a pearl in the middle. Given to me by my late elder sister - she travelled the world.
It looks good too because its just gone through the clothes washer! I heard this crashing clumping sound and had to investigate.

No back pain today. Its 14 days since my infusion and that is stated side effects will last til!

That is a very stylish brooch....how fortunate it wasn’t damaged....it certainly looks bright & shiny! Brooches are back in fashion I believe & I really like yours.
Ah, the beauty of the washing machine - discovering things you think you had lost. I've been gone (on the bike, in fact) for a couple of weeks, so have missed the news of your back. We share that particular experience. Two surgeries for me over the past seven months. Hope you're experiencing less pain than I did. And hopefully to make you feel better I posted a certain shot with you in mind a short time ago! ;-)
@grammyn Honestly Katy - there are far worse off people on this site coping with endless health problems. Mine were temporary and I won't be so worried in a years time with the next infusion!
@stray_shooter I've never had surgery for back problems so yours must have been rather serious. I'm glad you mentioned your last photos - a nice surprise to come upon!
