What else could look like these other than new potatoes. John dug these up for our Xmas dinner with family in Christchurch. Our other contribution is the Xmas pudding which may have to be carried in a trailer - so big. Haha!
Thankful for: not having to go out and can think without pressure.
Lots of different varieties there. They look lovely - hope you’ve got some fresh mint to put with them. My Christmas puddings are a bit of a flop. I ran out of brown sugar and had to top up with raw sugar... they wouldn’t cook! I added more flour - reboiled them and at least they haven’t run off the plate... very stodgy but a lovely flavour.
