From the other side..

I watched these two power into the shore below me but later met them on the lodge terrace where they said they had just come over for coffee. They were camping on the other side of the lake and this little jet ski boat took them here in no time. From here they were going to the top of the Lake and circle round and come back to the boat ramp where they were camping - and that would be their day! Can't do that in Aussie, America, UK...etc.

I do t think there would be anything to stop you doing that in the UK maggie. I know in the Lake District on some lakes there is a speed limit but lots of other lakes & lochs to stop off at jetties around the country. It sounds very nice if you like speed…a bit past that myself! 🤣🤣
