Black and white..

Finding out about my other camera - XT 20 thanks to @cdcook48 . the b&w to put the contrast into a good photo.
I have found that this is a "Star Magnolia'.

So many challenges in the day.. the best end is - bed and a horizontal attitude!

I think it looks fabulous in black-and-white. You definitely can see the contrast and the shapes much better this way. It’s such an interesting looking flower

A lovely contrasting shades in the monotones, but as a lover of colour I much prefer flower photography to be in colour! (just my personal taste!)

Sounds like your back is still giving you trouble maggie…..Harry has been putting a hot wheat bag on his back this last couple of weeks & he’s much better! Those magnolia flowers look almost as though they are under water!
