It's been a while - 4 weeks since I posted due to my most annoying injury. I cant use my left hand or arm. So much you need help for and my sweet hubby is now learning to cook, do dishes and washing, help me dress and shower etc etc. I still have a lot of pain and morphine helps.
These are the gate daffodils but there are heaps more round the garden to cheer us up!
I had to go back and look at your previous photos as I have e missed some. Sorry to hear you are injured and in a lot of pain. I thought I hadn't seen you posting for a while. Hope things improve soon
So good to see you posting again Maggie, and pleased to hear things are improving albeit slowly .What a lovely cheerful sight of your host of golden daffodils!
What a beautiful spring time shot Maggiemae! I love the composition. I am so sorry you are still in so much pain but good to know you are getting better and that John is so helpful. I might have to figure out exactly what happened to you so I can hurt myself and get some of that same kind of help lol!
Beautifully colorful (colourful). I'm interested in how the mailbox is mounted … and the "sleeve" on the side of the mailbox. Is that for newspapers/magazines?
@grammyn Actually, I fell over in the bathroom late at night and broke the top half of my arm into three bits! Osteoporosis meant it was easier to break in a fall. DONT even consider it, Katy! The most painful injury! But I know your comment is a "ha ha"!
Good to see you are managing to post again! What bad injury it sounds, the pain must be the worse thing. It must have been a very bad fall. I haven’t noticed you not posting much as I haven’t either but hopefully we are back in the mild once mire!
Good for John he’s a trouper!
So sorry you’re in so much pain. How long does it take to heal? Maybe 6-8 weeks? So glad you have John to help you with everything. Sending hugs your way.
@darsphotos Thanks, Darlene! initially they said 6 - 12 weeks but now it seems 3 - 6 months! however the pain is diminishing after 5 weeks so it is a lot easier!
Hi Maggiemae, just want to check how you are doing. I hope the pain is not so bad and that you are well on the road to recovery. Sending positive healing thoughts, love and blessings 🤞🏼🤗
So sorry to hear this Maggiemae, pray you heal well & soon..
Take care, sending warm hugs!
A wonderful capture of these beautiful daffs.
Daffs are beautiful.
Lovely spring image.
Good for John he’s a trouper!
