I took a walk here - with my trusty walker to be more stable but the ground was rough and not smooth....and I realised I was not up to walking just yet. Being on opioids for pain, I have no appetite and my pulse was way down to the 50s which meant no energy so more walks will just have wait.
It was a beautiful spring day here and the sea air was bracing!
And yet, in spite of all of that, you were able to get this stunningly, gorgeous, colorful shot! Good to see you posting even if it’s occasionally. Good to know you are getting better slowly also. Don’t push it and make things worse. We miss you, and it’s good to see you here even momentarily
It would be nice to get out away from the house fir a bit but take it slow. I imagine just walking will jog your arm & be very uncomfortable.
