Learning!

I am still learning what my camera can do in the dark and in different situations! This is Caolila our Abyssinian darling cat sitting in the kitchen lookin at me down the hallway! I learnt a lot with this photo!

Considering how slow your shutter speed is, the lines are good. Did you have the camera on a flat surface and use the timer?

Yes, you are right, Sheli - this is where I learnt - no - hand held but ISO speed is up!

High ISO creates a bit of noise but sometimes I think it's worth it not to miss out on a shot altogether. Caolila makes a great silhouette.
