Little did this moon know what will happen a few hours later! It was bobbing about in the clouds and smiling down on earth! The smile would have been dulled by the earth itself- The eclipse is a phenomenon that occurs when the Earth, moon and sun are in perfect alignment, blanketing the moon in the Earth's shadow.
Beautiful evening sky.......it looks splendid with the moon there all waiting to be eclipsed. No mention of it in the UK so must have been a non event here. Thiese clouds scurrying across the moon look wonderful.
@maggiemae I was going to set it, but then Jeff said, "I'll wake you up before I leave." I actually have two- the one is so bad you have to peel me off the ceiling if I use it. So I bought a second travel clock that is far better. I just have to forgive and forget on this one. But you can be sure I will be using mine for the one in April!
