I took several photos on our way down this country road as I described in my main album. The road here looks good and easy to negotiate. Granddaughter was waving her arms to get these cows to move past our stationary RV.
What a journey! Not often you see cattle on the roads now - they're always transported in a trailer here. But I do remember the adventure of moving my father's animals to different fields when I a child - it always involved lots of trying to run past them to stop them a) going down another lane or b) disappearing into gardens. My father was always walking along behind them! My grandmother would be jumping over stiles or going through hedges. Those were the days. Your photo has brought back memories.
