NZ Paradise Ducks

I was so pleased to see these two in front of me at this wild beach in the Timaru landscape. I knew my camera could get them up so close and it did, but I decided the landscape could be part of the scene.They mate for life and are lost if one of them is lost for any reason.

Love the wintery look of this setting. The title made me think of the Queensland tagline: beautiful one day, perfect the next. Must be the reference to paradise 🤷‍♀️
