I've never had any success at growing these lovely flowers - but I certainly appreciate them and admire their beauty when I see them. This one is lovingly cared for by my sister-in-law Barbie.
stunning Becky, i love how you say in your profile that it doesnt matter what you are using to take a phot with, just embrace taking photos and enjoy it, so so true, so are you shooting with a d80 or 90? Just curious, i LOVE your beautiful flower shots what lens is that with, i have a d90 and i must say there is many a time i covet something "better" eeeeeeeek so sad to admit that, but reading your profile made helped to bring me back to the fact that its not what we shoot with really, its just to love shooting and do so until we steal that stunner... Also loved that you listen to the still small voice Amen to that :-) Ill definitely be following your project, you resonate with me.

Gosh - thank you all so much for your comments. I wish I had pulled out my macro lens but I was pretty happy with the result from my 18-105mm.
