Garfield Town Marshal

I love passing through the town of Garfield and checking to see if their Marshal is on duty. He is parked here 24/7 most of the year and every once in awhile it is a different "person." Recently he appears to have aged considerably, which has apparently also caused him some severe chronic pain! :)

@djl They think putting a cop car with a "person" in it will cause people to slow down... maybe they are right, people sure slow down to look!
