A couple of "drive-by shots" tonight. I wish I hadn't had to go to a meeting in Pullman (and not have time to stop) so I could have had a shot of this while standing still with the DSLR. But, as I learned growing up... if wishes were horses, then beggars would ride." So this is better than nothing! I love moon slivers, especially when there is a planet nearby. You will have to view this magnified to see the planet, which I believe is Venus.

I have been using the dslr so much lately that I have kind of forgotten that my phone does take pretty nice photos! :) (I still think it would have been better with a camera and with not being in the moving car!)
