Nighthawk Mirror

Several years ago a student gave me this mirror that she etched in art class. It has been hanging in my back room ever since and comes in handy sometimes for a quick touch-up! :)

What a cool piece of art! Because it is a mirror the bird looks as if it is flying in your back room. I like the way I can't see the edges to know it is a mirror. Very well done,Sissy!

@grammyn Thanks... I intentionally cropped the edges because I took it at an angle to keep me out and the flash from reflecting, but I hadn't thought about the fact that it helped the image "float" more. If you look at the SwissMiss canister you can tell it's a mirror because of the backwards writing... if I had flipped the photo then it would be perfect.
