Church Flowers

At our church members of the congregation take turns providing flowers for the altar and, in addition to being to the glory and honor of God, they are usually in celebration of some special event in the giver's family. I ordered these this week to celebrate Marvin's 65th birthday (Feb 25) and the phone conversation with the florist went like this: "This is Marilyn Wigen and I want to order flowers for Peace Lutheran this weekend." "OK. We'll take care if it." "OK. Thanks." And these gorgeous bouquets are the result of that conversation!
